Season's Greetin's y'all! Cocktails with a Texas-twist.

This holiday season, why not add a little "Texas" to your Christmas or New Year's cocktails. With a few basics, you can put together a variety of texas favorites for your family and guests.

 

The Martinez 
2 oz. Gin
1(1/2) oz. sweet red vermouth
1/4 oz. Cointreau
2 dashes bitters

Mazatlan
1(1/2) oz.
1/2 oz. Cointreau
1/2 oz. dry white vermouth
1/2 oz. sweet red vermouth
2 dashes bitters

French 75
1 oz. lemon liquor or lemonade
1 oz. gin
chilled champagne

Mix lemonade and gin in tall champagne flute. Fill glass with champagne.

Traditional Texas Margarita
1 oz. tequila
1. oz. Cointreau
2 oz. lime juice w/ either simple sugar or agave nectar

Mix shake, and pour over ice, in salt rimmed high-ball glass or small mason jar.
