The Martinez
2 oz. Gin
1(1/2) oz. sweet red vermouth
1/4 oz. Cointreau
2 dashes bitters
Mazatlan
1(1/2) oz.
1/2 oz. Cointreau
1/2 oz. dry white vermouth
1/2 oz. sweet red vermouth
2 dashes bitters
Mix lemonade and gin in tall champagne flute. Fill glass with champagne.
Traditional Texas Margarita
1 oz. tequila
1. oz. Cointreau
2 oz. lime juice w/ either simple sugar or agave nectar
Mix shake, and pour over ice, in salt rimmed high-ball glass or small mason jar.
